We can supply a complete audit trail of all destroyed media including serial numbers, manufacturers and model numbers for compliance purposes. We can match serial numbers to a pre-supplied list of serial numbers to insure that the correct hard drives have been destroyed. We will shred hard drives only after serial number verification has been performed by our trained technicians. This list of serial numbers will be incorporated into the Certificate of Destruction as proof of compliance.
All of our employees are thoroughly versed and trained in all applicable data destruction standards and laws and are happy to assist you in compliance documentation. Compliance documentation is very important in these days of heightened corporate and government oversight. Data destruction protocols and time-frames must be strictly adhered to in order to fully conform to government and corporate mandates. Industry standards of data destruction are becoming more rigid and require extensive documentation and proof.
We have worked with numerous companies/agencies to help them understand the various regulations. Our processes are compliant with all standards listed above, including corporate hard disk destruction standards and standards for destruction of classified material. All services are provided both on-site and off-site. We have exquisite references from Fortune 500 companies and all government agencies.
For documentation purposes, our data destruction processes can be overseen by the customer, recorded to DVD, monitored remotely via a dedicated IP address or overseen and verified by cleared personnel. Data Killers will provide a nationally recognized, signed and dated Certificate of Destruction upon completion of destruction.
