We offer on-site tape shredding and data tape destruction services in our facility in Capitol Heights, Maryland. We can rapidly and securely destroy any quantity of tapes for our nationwide customers.

We destroy tapes in shredders with multiple screen sizes (10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm) to control the particle output size. Our tape shredding process has been certified by an independent third party using classified recovery methods. A full copy of that report is available upon request.

Access to our tape destruction facility is controlled and monitored including the use of CCTV and alarms. When we destroy tapes it can be overseen by our customers, recorded to DVD, monitored remotely via dedicated IP address or overseen and verified by personnel with a secret-level security clearance. Premises can be completely locked down depending on our client’s requirements. We also offer on-site tape destruction and destruction of classified tapes.

All of our employees undergo a background check, sign a confidentiality agreement and are thoroughly trained in security procedures. We are active members of NAID and have numerous references from a variety of companies and agencies. We are a GSA contract holder – contracts # GS-25F0019T and GS10F0134V. We are certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service to store and transport military critical technical data – #0051382.

Our nationally recognized Certificates of Destruction will suffice for all compliance purposes.
