We are on the GSA Schedule, contract number GS-25F-0019T. We are certified by Defense Logistics Information Service to store and transport military critical technical data - #51382. We are active members of NAID and have numerous references from a variety of companies and agencies. We received a 94% summary performance rating from Open Ratings - the company that does the investigative work for companies on the GSA schedule. Our shredding process has been certified by an independent third party using classified recovery methods. No data was recoverable from hard drives shredded with our 20 mm screen. Our degausser is the HD-1T which meets the DoD requirements for purging classified information on magnetic disk media up to 5000 Oersteds and magnetic tape media up to 2600 Oersteds. The HD-1T is listed on the NSA's approved degausser list for purging classified media. Our HD-1T is annually re-certified by a third party to ensure full compliance.
With our data purging service, we offer a third party verification of our service. We will ship randomly selected hard drives in our secure containers to a third-party domestic forensic specialist for immediate verification of purging. This outside certification will provide the ultimate peace of mind for our customers.
Our shredding and degaussing processes can be overseen by customer, recorded to DVD, monitored remotely via dedicated IP address or overseen and verified by personnel with a secret-level security clearance. Data Killers will provide a signed and dated Certificate of Destruction. Serial numbers can be captured and recorded as required by customer.
