We offer on-site media shredding and media destruction in our facility in Capitol Heights, Maryland.  We can rapidly and securely destroy hard drives and any quantity of media for our nationwide customers.

Our media shredding equipment has multiple screen sizes (10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm) to control the particle output size. The media and data tape destruction process not only cuts and shreds the media but by forcing it through the cutters and screens, it also compresses and compacts the media rendering it completely unrecoverable.  Our computer shredding process has been certified by an independent third party using classified recovery methods.  A full copy of that report is available upon request.

For classified media, including DVDs and CDs, we have an NSA-approved disintegrator rated for paper and media. Destruction service can be performed on-site or off-site.

Access to our media shredding facility is controlled and monitored. CCTV and alarms are always in use. Premises can be completely locked down depending on our client’s requirements. Media destruction can be overseen by our customers, recorded to DVD, monitored remotely via dedicated IP address or overseen and verified by personnel with a secret-level security clearance. We also offer on-site media destruction and destruction of classified media.

All of our employees undergo a background check, sign a confidentiality agreement and are thoroughly trained in security procedures. We are active members of NAID and have numerous references from a variety of companies and agencies. We are certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service to store and transport military critical technical data – #0051382.

Our nationally recognized Certificates of Destruction will suffice for all compliance purposes.
