On-site Data Destruction Service

On-site Data Destruction Service

Earlier this week we picked up equipment and media from two of our long-standing customers for whom we provide data destruction services.   Though we are known nationally for our on-site hard drive shredding services, some of our customers, for a variety of reasons, don’t need on-site data destruction.  For those customers, we provide pick-up services and secure shipping services.  One of our customers from earlier this week had a bunch of tapes with HIPPA information and needed to be in compliance with the broad HIPPA requirements.   Our process and secure chain of custody ensures that all data was destroyed in complete compliance with all federal, state and internal regulations. The other customer had proprietary hardware that is central to the customer’s entire business model.   Our powerful shredders can shred any type of equipment or media and we take pride in knowing that our customer’s businesses can thrive thanks to our on-site data destruction service.

On-site Data Destruction Service in Richmond

In another on-site data destruction project, Data Killers’ trucks were on the road again, but this time heading south to Richmond, Virginia.  Our customer in Richmond is a federal government division that requested on-site destruction of a variety of media including hard drives, flash drives and tapes.  In this project our data technicians were to scan and strip cut shred all of the media.  Data Killers was able to complete this project in accordance with all government protocols and procedures.  Our technicians met the government clearance requirements, and our R2 certification allows us to handle government electronics.  Data Killers’ certified on-site data destruction service is ideal for government customers and businesses nationwide.
